Shipping & Returns

We strive to keep shipping charges as low as possible for our customers. Shipping charges are based on the total number of products in your order. The more items in your shopping cart the lower the shipping costs. To estimate the cost of shipping simply add the items to your shopping cart and use our shipping calculator.

All orders containing 5 or more items qualify for free shipping. To avoid shipping charges why not combine an order with a fiend, neighbor, or family member.

At URB Distributing your complete satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase for any reason simply return it to us for a full refund (less shipping & handling), no questions asked. We will never charge you a restocking fee on undamaged/unopened returns. Details of our return policy are listed below.

To return a non defective/undamaged product, simply return it to us within 30 days.

Your non-defective return must...

• Be unopened and in the original package

• Include all items and materials you received

• Be returned postage prepaid

We take great care to package and ship your order so that it will arrive to you in perfect condition. However, in the unlikely event that an item in your order should arrive damaged, we ask that you contact us within 3 business days.

When contacting us concerning a damaged item please have your order number and date of purchase.

In many cases you will not need to return the damaged item, and we will simply send a replacement. (This is determined on a case by case basis) Should you need to return an item that arrives damaged we will cover the cost of return shipping.
