Shipping
At URB Distributing we are proud of our fast, reliable, low cost shipping. Shipping charges are based on the total number of items ordered.

Most orders ship within 1 business day and should arrive to you within 2 - 7 business days, depending on your location. Once your order has shipped you will receive a shipment confirmation via email. Your shipment confirmation email will also include a tracking number for your package(s). In the rare event that an item in your order is on backorder we will contact you.

Damaged Shipments
Any package that appears to have been damaged during shipping should be refused at time of delivery, and you should contact us immediately. If the damage is not discovered until the package is opened, please be sure to keep all packaging and contact us immediately. If we need to file a claim with the shipping carrier we will need all packaging materials.

Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with the products you purchase from URB Distributing. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase from us, please contact us once your order is received. Most products can be returned for a 100% refund of your purchase price.

To receive a full refund, returned items must be in new, re-sellable condition, and returned to us within 30 days of the purchase date. Please notify us before you send any items back to us. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with any additional instructions.

Items returned without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number will either be refused or a 20% restocking fee will be charged. Custom & Special Item orders may not be returned. In most cases, customers will be responsible for all shipping charges. If your purchase qualified for "Free Shipping" and is returned, the customer will be responsible for "actual" freight charges both ways. Only product cost and sales tax (if applied) will be refunded.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product you purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
